Terms & Conditions for zeetbu Players

01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the zeetbu platform — including but not limited to the website, mobile-optimised interface, game clients, betting markets, payment portal, and customer support channels — you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you (the registered player) and zeetbu.

If you do not accept these Terms in full, you must immediately cease using the zeetbu platform and close any account you have registered. Continued use of any part of the platform following the publication of any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms.

zeetbu reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. The most current version will always be accessible at zeetbu.com/terms-conditions. We strongly recommend that players review this page periodically to remain informed of any changes.

02 Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to and use of the zeetbu platform is restricted exclusively to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You are at least 18 years of age. zeetbu is strictly an 18+ platform and does not permit minors to register, deposit, play, or withdraw under any circumstances.
• You are accessing the platform voluntarily and are not doing so under compulsion, duress, or impairment.
• You are not currently subject to any self-exclusion order — whether initiated by yourself on zeetbu or through any third-party responsible gaming scheme — that would prohibit your participation in online gambling.
• You are not accessing zeetbu from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable local law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of this platform is lawful in your location.
• You are acting entirely on your own behalf and not as a proxy, agent, or representative of any third party.

zeetbu performs age and identity verification on all accounts prior to processing any withdrawal request. We reserve the right to request supporting documentation — including a government-issued National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence — at any stage of the account lifecycle.

03 Account Registration & Verification

To access the full functionality of zeetbu — including placing bets, playing casino games, making deposits, and requesting withdrawals — you must register a single personal account. Registration is free of charge.

Accurate Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information at the point of registration. This includes, but is not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, residential address (within Bangladesh), and a valid contact method (mobile number or email address). You are prohibited from using fictitious names, aliases, or the identity of any other person.

One Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one registered account on zeetbu at any time. Creating duplicate accounts — whether to circumvent a restriction, claim a bonus multiple times, or for any other purpose — is strictly prohibited. All duplicate accounts identified will be closed without notice, and any funds held in those accounts may be forfeited at zeetbu's discretion.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. zeetbu will never ask you to share your password with any member of our team. Any activity conducted through your account — whether or not authorised by you — is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify zeetbu immediately via Live Chat or email at [email protected].

Verification Process (KYC)

In line with responsible gaming and fraud prevention obligations, zeetbu operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents at any time:

• Government-issued photo identification (National ID Card, passport, or driving licence)
• Proof of residential address dated within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence)
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot of bKash or Nagad account registered in your name)

Failure to provide requested verification documents within 14 days of a formal request may result in account suspension and withholding of any pending withdrawals until verification is complete.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on zeetbu are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). zeetbu does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in any foreign currency. The following payment methods are currently supported:

• Mobile Financial Services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay
• Bank Transfers: Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank

Deposits

Deposits are credited to your zeetbu wallet in real time or within a maximum of 30 minutes, subject to the processing times of the respective payment provider. Minimum deposit amounts are set in Taka at levels communicated on the deposits page. zeetbu does not charge any platform-side fee on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests submitted by verified accounts are processed within 24 hours of submission. Transfers to bKash and Nagad typically complete within minutes of zeetbu's approval. Bank transfer times vary by institution and may take up to 3 business days.

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the zeetbu account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. zeetbu reserves the right to request additional verification before approving any withdrawal deemed unusual in value or frequency.

Inactive Account Policy

An account that has not recorded any login, deposit, withdrawal, or gameplay activity for a continuous period of 12 months is classified as inactive. zeetbu reserves the right to apply a monthly administrative fee to inactive accounts following written notice to the registered contact address. Players are encouraged to log in periodically to keep their accounts active.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

zeetbu offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to registered players, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free bet credits, cashback offers, and tournament prize pools. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any promotion-specific terms communicated at the time of the offer.

Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to your account are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering multiplier (e.g., 20x, 25x, 30x) will be clearly stated in the promotion's specific terms. Wagering requirement calculations are based on the bonus amount received, not on any winnings generated from the bonus.

Eligible Games & Minimum Odds

Not all games and betting markets contribute equally toward wagering requirements. The contribution percentage for each game category will be stated in the promotion terms. Sports bets placed to meet wagering requirements must be placed at minimum decimal odds of 1.50 unless otherwise specified. Void, cancelled, or cashed-out bets do not count toward wagering requirements.

Bonus Expiry

All bonus funds and associated free bets carry an expiry period, stated in calendar days from the date of credit. Bonus funds not wagered within the expiry period will be automatically removed from your account. The expiry period for each promotion is stated clearly before opt-in.

Abuse & Exploitation

zeetbu reserves the right to void bonuses, withhold associated winnings, and close accounts where there is evidence of bonus abuse — including, but not limited to, placing equal and opposite bets to fulfil wagering requirements without genuine gaming intent, using multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, or coordinating with other players to exploit promotional structures.

06 Betting & Gaming Rules

The following rules apply to all betting and gaming activity conducted through the zeetbu platform. Category-specific rules — for sports betting, live casino, slots, crash games, fishing arcade games, and lottery — are additionally available within each game or betting section of the platform.

Bet Acceptance

All bets are accepted subject to availability of the market at the time of placement. zeetbu reserves the right to limit, refuse, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including where a market has been offered in error, where odds have been published incorrectly due to a technical fault, or where there is evidence of irregular betting patterns.

Sports Betting

Cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC events, Bangladesh Tigers bilateral series), football, kabaddi, and other sports are offered with pre-match and, where applicable, in-play live markets. Odds are expressed in decimal format and denominated in Bangladeshi Taka. Settlement of bets follows the official result as declared by the relevant governing body. In cases where a match is abandoned, suspended, or the result is under official review, bets may be voided and stakes returned per the applicable sport-specific rules.

Live Casino

Live casino games streamed on zeetbu are operated by certified providers including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, and Ezugi. Game results are determined in real time and are final once the round has officially concluded on the live stream. Any technical disconnection on the player's side that occurs after a round has commenced does not affect the validity of that round's result.

Slots & RNG Games

Slot games and RNG-based table games use certified random number generation technology. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are set by the game providers and independently verified. zeetbu does not alter RTP values from those certified by the provider. Game malfunctions void all pays and plays for the affected round.

Maximum Winnings

Maximum single-transaction payout limits apply across all product verticals. These limits are communicated within each game or betting section. zeetbu reserves the right to split large payouts across multiple transactions where operational constraints require it.

07 User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

As a registered player on zeetbu, you agree to use the platform only for its intended, lawful purpose of personal entertainment. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and potential legal action:

• Registering more than one account for the purpose of circumventing restrictions, claiming multiple bonuses, or evading a self-exclusion.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, scrapers, or any other non-human method to interact with the platform or extract data from it.
• Colluding with other players in any live casino game or poker format to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to generate credits, inflate balances, or circumvent normal game logic. Any winnings generated through exploitation of a platform error are void.
• Attempting to launder funds through the platform or otherwise using zeetbu for any activity that constitutes money laundering or terrorist financing under applicable law.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any point during registration, verification, or support interactions.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited, by means of a VPN, proxy, or other IP-masking technology.
• Engaging in any form of harassment, abuse, or threatening behaviour toward zeetbu staff or other players through any communication channel.

zeetbu employs fraud detection, collusion detection, and unusual-activity monitoring systems. Where prohibited conduct is identified, zeetbu will take appropriate action including account suspension, fund forfeiture, and referral to relevant authorities where legally required.

08 Account Suspension & Closure

Closure by Player

You may request closure of your zeetbu account at any time by contacting our support team via Live Chat or by emailing [email protected]. Closure requests are processed within 5 business days. Any remaining balance at the time of closure will be returned to your registered bKash or Nagad account, net of any applicable bonus forfeiture where wagering requirements have not been met.

Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to permanently self-exclude from the zeetbu platform for responsible gaming reasons may do so by contacting our support team. Self-exclusion is irreversible for a minimum period of 6 months. During a self-exclusion period, we will make reasonable efforts to prevent re-registration. Closure by zeetbu

zeetbu reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within the specified timeframe
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion
• Discovery that the account holder is under 18 years of age
• Receipt of a court order, regulatory instruction, or law enforcement request requiring account closure
• Prolonged inactivity combined with a zero balance

Where closure is initiated by zeetbu due to a Terms breach, any bonus funds and associated winnings generated through or after the breach may be forfeited. Genuine funds deposited by the player and not subject to any active wagering requirement will be returned minus any applicable fees.

09 Limitation of Liability & Governing Law

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, zeetbu's aggregate liability to any registered player arising from or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

zeetbu shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including loss of winnings resulting from platform unavailability, technical faults, internet connectivity failure, or force majeure events.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any unresolved disputes should be directed in the first instance to our support team at [email protected]. zeetbu is committed to resolving player disputes fairly and in good faith.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
